Sizing & Fit

Do your items run big, small or true to size?

Some items may run larger, up to two sizes bigger in some cases. We recommend checking our detailed sizing chart for each item to compare your measurements. For baggier or looser fits, refer to our product photos to see how the item is styled.

Are your items tall-girl friendly?

Yes! Many of our pieces are designed with inclusivity in mind and are perfect for tall girls. We also offer sizes ranging from XXS to XXL to ensure a great fit for a variety of sizes. We're working on adding more sizes to our site. Please refer to our sizing chart for the length of each item.

Orders and Shipping

Why can’t I place an order? I always miss it!

We hear you, and we totally understand how frustrating that can be! Our website typically goes live during product drops, but due to high demand it’s only open for a limited time before the drop is complete and the site is closed. To stay ahead of the game, we recommend subscribing to our email list and turning on post notifications for our Instagram. That way, you’ll be the first to know when a drop is happening! 💌✨

Why is my order taking so long? / What is a preorder?

Many of our items are offered via preorder (this will be clearly noted in the item title, description, checkout page, and terms & agreement). Preorders typically take 7-8 weeks to arrive and be sent out. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. Be sure to turn on email and text alerts for updates! 📦

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 🌍 Keep in mind that international customers are responsible for customs taxes or release fees when picking up their order. These fees vary by country and are outside of our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at AllThingsJesusCS@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible. 💌

Can I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely! We just ask that you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Shoot us an email with your order #, and we’ll take care of it for you. 😊

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa and Mastercard GiftCards, as well as PayPal for a seamless checkout experience.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are eligible only for items that arrive damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. If you experience one of these issues, please email us at AllThingsJesusCS@gmail.com with clear photos of the packaging and the item. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond with the next steps. If a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund right away and the timing for funds to appear back in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.

Do you offer discounts or special promotions?

Yes! We periodically run discounts and special offers. Subscribe to our email list to stay in the loop and snag those deals first! 🌟

Do you offer Afterpay or similar payment options?

We don’t currently offer Afterpay or similar buy-now-pay-later options. However, you can use Shop Pay Installments to split your purchase into smaller payments. Stay subscribed to our emails for updates on payment options, special offers, and product drops! 💌✨
